She felt an urge to get one more ticket before leaving – and wouldn’t you know – that extra ticket was a $50,000 winner!
At the exact moment she scratched her ticket, Jean’s sister was laying a wreath at the headstone of her recently passed brother-in-law, someone she was very close to. “I believe everything happens for a reason,” she shared. “I wholeheartedly think he was looking out for me.”
