  • Millionaire for Life tickets cannot be voided; once printed there is no way to cancel them. Please be sure to check your ticket carefully after purchasing to make sure it is what you requested.

  • ADVANCE ACTION:  Buy tickets for future Millionaire for Life drawings with the ADVANCE ACTION option. Play up to 28 consecutive drawings in advance.   • REPLAY:  To play your numbers again, hand a Lottery Retailer your existing Millionaire for Life ticket and ask for a REPLAY. You will get a new Millionaire for Life ticket with the same numbers and wager amount. Your new ticket will have the REPLAY “R” printed on it.

PRIZE PAYMENT INFORMATION

Top prizes and second prizes are paid as an annuity in equal annual installments for the life of the winner (minimum guarantee of 20 annual payments), unless the winner selects the cash payment option within 60 calendar days after the ticket is presented for payment at Lottery Headquarters. If the prize is claimed by (i) more than on natural person, (ii) a legal entity, or (iii) a minor under the age of 18 or any group including a minor under the age of 18, the annuity option is limited to annual payments for 20 years. Prize amounts may be reduced under certain circumstances in accordance with the Official Game Rules.

The top prize may be claimed as an annuity paid in annual installments of $1,000,000 per year for the winner’s life*, with a minimum guarantee of annual payments for 20 years, or as a one-time lump sum payment of $18,000,000.  

The second prize may be claimed as an annuity paid in annual installments of $100,000 per year for the winner’s life*, with a minimum guarantee of annual payments for 20 years, or as a one-time lump sum payment of $2,200,000.  

* If the prize is claimed by (i) more than one natural person, (ii) a legal entity, or (iii) a minor under the age of 18 or any group including a minor under the age of 18, the annuity option is limited to annual payments for 20 years.
In the event of an annuity prize winner’s death, the Lottery will make any remaining guaranteed payments to the winner’s estate or beneficiary as directed by court order or other governing document.
